"30cm" is not accurate, it is a simpler term used by ILVE. E.g. A 90cm wide cooker with a large oven cavity on the left and a smaller cavity on the right is referred to a "60cm" oven and a "30cm oven".

PLEASE NOTE: This newer door seal has hooks to fit into the oven cavity as opposed to straight pins like the old style. For models manufactured roughly around the year 2019.
